Multiple Session Discount
Your Training Session will last one hour. I will provide individual assessment and together we will set goals based on your needs. I want you to enjoy our time together and when we are done you should feel more confident and strong. I will keep track of each workout and email them to you so you can have a guide of what to do on the days we don't meet.
I can help you with your individual needs including: weight loss, strength training, marathon training, speed and agility, and endurance. I can also help with nutrition and meal planning based on your dietary needs.
Group training is cost effective and very motivating. Prices start for two and go up for larger groups. So grab a friend and get fit together.
